Specific Care Levels & Pricing

Level 1: Basic Care

Monthly Rate: $4,480
Care Services Include:
- Medication Management
- Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Bathing, Dressing, Grooming
- Light Mobility Assistance
- Daily Meal Preparation (3 meals + snacks)

Level 2: Intermediate Care

Monthly Rate: $ 6,000
Care Services Include:
- All Basic Care Services
- Increased Mobility Assistance
- Help with Transfers (Bed/Chair)
- Specialized Meal Plans (Diabetic, Low-Sodium, etc.)

Level 3: Advanced Care

Monthly Rate: $8,000
Care Services Include:
- All Intermediate Care Services
- Full Mobility Assistance (Wheelchair Bound)
- Incontinence Care
- Specialized Medical Equipment Assistance (e.g., Oxygen, CPAP)
- IV antibiotic administration
